The course will be held in Fakultas Hukum UGM in room III.1.1 on 7th – 11th November, 2016. Lecture materials, snack, lunch, and certificate are FREE. Registration is at Secretariat of International Program FH UGM
The Organizer has a right to limit the participants if the total participants exceeding the limit (70 participants). The participants could be Bachelor/Master students in Engineering (Petroleum, Industrial, etc) or Economic who are interested in energy and environment control.
Note that the certificate will only be given for participants with a minimum attendance of 90% and more than 60% rating after examination (in the last day of IW i.e. on 11th November 2016).

Prerequisites : Basic knowledge in Engineering Schools, Business Schools, and Law.
Instructor
Jehan‐Eric Blumereau Born in 1948 is Doctor in Public Law (Paris University), he holds a higher diploma in Political Science and is graduate of the Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales and of the Institut de Commerce International.
He has spent most of his career in the French oil company Total, holding positions both in the E&P branch and at the Holding, including ten years in Latin America and in the Middle East.
Among others responsibilities, he has successively been in charge of negotiation of new business ventures (Exploration & Production), Chief Representative of the Company in the United Arab Emirates, and in charge of European affairs in Brussels.
He is presently Vice‐President of Total Professeurs Associés, a non‐profit organization delivering lectures of oil and energy experts into Universities and Grandes Ecoles in over 30 countries. He also invests part of his time at IFP School ‐ Institut Français du Pétrole et des Energies Nouvelles . He is also Foreign trade advisor to the French government (Conseiller du commerce extérieur de la France).
