Modification

You may find that your classes are scheduled at the same time and to avoid this situation you are allowed to modify your study plan by enrolling to another class. For your information that modification of study plan is allowed only for changing the class for instance from class A to class B and not for substituting one course to another course. This modification is served during the first week of new semester (11 – 15 February 2019) by filling and submitting the Study Plan Modification Request Form at the Academic Office.

Please note that you shall check your online Study Plan at Academic system (palawa) frequently after you submit the modification form. If within a week you find that you are not registered in a class(es) you requested, please contact the academic office.

Clashes

Please note that 80 percent class attendance is one of the requirements to be able to sit in at the Final Exam . In the event that you have selected courses that have clashing class times, it is your responsibility to ensure that you can meet the attendance requirements for your classes. This may require you to attend a repeat lecture with the same lecturer. To join the repeat lecture, you should inform the lecturer prior the class and do not forget to sign the attendance list.
