How to Apply

Admission Procedures

1. Sign up for an application account at um.ugm.ac.id, here.
2. Complete the online application form and upload the following documents (minimum 150 kb and maximum 800kb):
   

   For applicants who graduated in 2022 and 2023	For applicants to be graduated in 2024	Format

3. Pay a non-refundable application fee. You may find the payment guidelines in your application account.
4. Print the application form, if you cannot print the application form or your online application fails, please contact WA Hotline: 0811-294-1949 (only on working hours and working days)
5. Admission Cards can be printed here by individual account before the admission test date.
6. Bring the original ID card (KTP/Passport/Driving License), Admission Card, and Application Form on the day of the admission test.
